Balloon Ghost Level Sweep

I'm now in the process of going through each Balloon Ghost level one by one. I'm starting at level 1, and ending at level 30. 

Along the way, I'll fix any bugs that come up. I'll also rework each level and tune the difficulty ramp-up. A level sweep like this also opens up the opportunity for me to add quality-of-life features, such as skipping a level if it takes too long to beat.

While I'm considering the game to be "done" in the sense that I'm no longer adding new gameplay elements, I may choose to add a few things if it seems both easy enough to implement and necessary enough from a design perspective. Otherwise, there are plenty of building blocks in place already.

One thing that I'm torn about is an "easy mode." The easy mode I have in mind would place the balloon on a string instead. That would make the first few levels completely unnecessary, but it would help a lot in the later levels. At the same time, taking away the "hitting the balloon" aspect is taking away the game itself, so I'm leaning toward not doing an easy mode like that.
