Feeling Good About Games

While working on Robot Ops, I went through many phases of emotions about the game. Sometimes I felt enthused about it; other times I felt discouraged. I've noticed a pattern while working on games where I tend to lose energy right when I'm about to finish. This time, I'm relying on pure discipline to push myself through to the end.

I'm actually pretty excited right now because I'm hitting a second wind of development. I'm not changing the scope of the game or anything; I'm just really excited by the game's noticeable improvement in quality since I started going through my bug list and final to-do's. The game is feeling much more "tight" now, and I'm feeling better about it this week than I have in the past month.
