Getting Some Much Needed Rest
Tonight, I'm taking a bit of rest from blogging. Around this time of year, as we start to approach daylight savings change, my sleep schedule starts to update in anticipation. Basically, I'm not getting good enough sleep these days, and the toll on my body has been noticeable. I'm just feeling more tired than usual, and I will need to make sure I get adequate sleep in order to properly recover from my workouts and not become exhausted by the end of the workday.
