Head Down Coders vs Hunter Coders

Head down coders like to stay focused on the task at hand. They want to work uninterrupted on writing the code to solve the problem without thinking too much about the surrounding objective.

Hunter coders, on the other hand, work with their eyes forward - their head down. They keep their eyes on the objective, not necessarily the details of the specific problems to solve on the way to completing the objective.

The distinction is subtle, but important.
